New Council website launched for Westonzoyland Parish Council

Westonzoyland Parish Council’s new website has now been launched!

Built using Somerset Web Services’ popular ‘Council Framework’, the website gives the Parish Council an online presence for everything they need, including:

An area to publish minutes and agendas from Parish Council meetings
Events Calendar showcasing when the next social activities within the Parish are occurring
Information on and contact details for each member of the Parish Council
A gallery showcasing many appealing aspects of the local Parish
Details and contact information for local amenities
Informative map showing exact location of local points of interest

Alan Hurford, Westonzoyland Parish Council’s Clerk, said the following regarding the new website:

“Westonzoyland Parish Council are delighted with the launch of the Parish Council Website, and will be working over the coming months to add more information on both the work of the Council and Parish organisations and activities. It will also provide a resource for all to use to keep up to date with village life and, for example, provide essential contact numbers.
