Wordfence is one of the best security plugins out there. It is our go-to security plugin that we use for our client’s websites. So we know that Wordfence Premium really packs a punch when it comes to security, but what about the price?

Wordfence has recently notified us that they will, for the first time in 6 years, be putting up their price. It will be going up to around £120 per year (dependent on the exchange rate). Unfortunately in the current financial climate, price increases are completely unavoidable.

The price increase will take place on December 5th, 2022 and customers who have Wordfence Premium already will be charged the new amount on the next payment date (if it’s after December 5th)

However, you can still pick up Wordfence premium for the old price if you purchase or renew your license before December 5th. This means that you are able to get all of those great Wordfence Premium features including full support from senior support engineers and you will still pay the cheaper rate for a whole year! You could also lock into the old price for purchases of 2 or 3 years!

You can then have the peace of mind that your website is protected and ready for everything for at least a year!
