During the break, we’ve been working on some improvements and additional features to help our customers with their websites.
For our customers on our level 1 monthly package, we’ll soon be including additional information in your monthly report. This information will help customers know more about what their website is doing and how it can be improved.
We’re always on hand to discuss these reports with you to help you understand them.
A weekly scan checking for any vulnerabilities that might affect the running of the website.
A weekly scan of the website homepage checking on how quickly it loads and a performance rating. A faster website means that visitors will stay longer and look around.
We’ll be starting a new series of blog posts entitled “How to improve your website”, giving various tips and tricks for keeping your website in top condition. For supported customers who update their own website, we’ll also be incorporating these into their dashboards to give them direct access to these tips at all times.
For those customers who leave us to make their changes for them, we’ll be using their practices as normal to make their website the best it can be.
