FREE NatWest Property Event

NatWest Business and Private Banking will be holding a property event on 12th April 2017 at the Taunton Rugby Club, Hyde Park, Hyde lane, Taunton, TA2 8BU between 6pm and 8pm.

Buffet and refreshments will be served on arrival and free parking is available on site.

This is a FREE event open all NatWest and Non-NatWest customers alike.

A brief summary of the seminar is below:

6pm – 6:20pm : Buffet and Refreshments.

6:20pm – 7:40pm : Guest Speakers.

Simone Palmer – Lettings Manager for Greenslade Taylor Hunt. Who will discuss the Buy-to-Let market in Somerset and National trends.
Amanda Inch – Mogers Drewett Solicitors. Who will talk about ‘Property Nasties’ and all things to ensure your conveyancing runs smoothly.
Michael Wiehalan – IVM Knotweed Specialist. Discussing how to eradicate unwelcome nasties that may dramatically reduce the value of your property.
Paul Christie – Area Mortgage Manager for NatWest. Who will discuss how you can take advantage of borrowing to finance the purchase of a Buy-to-Let and the mortgage criteria to be considered. Also how to finance a Buy-to-Let portfolio.
Andy Flint – Director of Business Banking for Somerset. Who will discuss how the Business Banking team can assist with financing property ventures and professional landlords.

7:40pm – 8pm : Q&A session with guest speakers.
