Tim and Chris carried out the website re-design. They worked ‘with me’ rather than ‘for me’ which I feel really makes a difference. They understood the aim, we worked through any issues and problems to find a positive solution, they spent time teaching me how to self manage the site whilst still supporting any issues I had or errors I no doubt created, and ultimately we have ended up with a perfect, professional looking and fully functioning website which we are extremely proud of. Both Tim and Chris were very helpful and prompt with any help and replies, they worked to deadlines which meant progress was stress free and we could count on delivery and to a high standard. I can’t thank them enough for their time and would highly recommend them.
